Cornstarch
Slice the pickles into spears then in half to create half spears.
Pat dry the pickles.
Dip the dried pickles in a cornstarch slurry.
Then in seasoned fish fri batter
Let set for a couple minutes or until the batter absorbs the cornstarch slurry.
Then re-dip in batter
Place in fryer to cook until golden brown.
